What You Need to Know

Boxed & Gifted Co. may take private information from its customers upon them visiting the site and/or making an order. 

i. Email Addresses, when provided, via order purchase or otherwise, will be used purely for communication between the user/customer and Boxed & Gifted Co, email addresses may be used for promotional material.

ii. Credit card and other payment information will not be withheld, this information is purely for the payment of orders and is under the discretion of Boxed & Gifted Co.

iii. Personal details including first name, last name, company name, billing and delivery address will be disclosed by Boxed & Gifted Co. and used purely for communication between the customer and Boxed & Gifted Co. and for the fulfilling of orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Terms & Conditions

Boxed & Gifted Co. has a variety of terms and conditions that apply to the customer.

i. Boxed & Gifted Co. are not viable for incorrect information entered by the customer including but not limited to addresses, email addresses, allergies, specifications and other personal details.

ii. Boxed & Gifted Co. is not viable for any circumstances or inconveniences to the customer due to unstated needs, allergies, due dates etc.

iii.  Boxed & Gifted Co. is not required to fulfil any or every order. As a business we will fulfil orders that compliment our business style and are evidentially for the purpose of gifting and provide sufficient business for Boxed & Gifted Co. 

iv. Boxed & Gifted Co. is not viable for a customers change of mind and only upon faulty items (determined via our discretion) will we offer a refund/replacement.

v. Boxed & Gifted Co. is here to provide the most sufficient service possible, please allow for 24 hrs for a quote and at least 3 days for the assemblage of a box (Boxes required sooner will be considered but not promised).

OUR ALCOHOL GIFTS & DELIVERY POLICY

Alcohol, the Law and the Consumer

Upon purchasing an item that contains alcohol the customer is confirming that the person receiving the product is 18 or older and of legal drinking age. Boxed and Gifted Co. supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol under the Liquor Control Act. It is an offense to supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. 


The customer is liable in assuring the receiver of the gift is of legal drinking age, Boxed & Gifted Co. is authorised to retain the gift if the person picking up the order or of whom the order is delivered to cannot provide proof of age.


Under the Liquor Control Act, Alcohol gifts must follow the following conditions:
"The gift must be delivered between 7am and 7pm;
The person to whom the gift is delivered must be at least 18 years of age;
The quantity of the liquor sold or supplied cannot be more than two litres;...
The gift must be packaged so that the person to whom it is delivered would be likely to know that it was intended as a gift;"


All the above must be met for our services to be provided.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Boxed & Gifted Co. do not accept returns due to change of mind.

If the item is faulty we can provide a refund or compensate the fault, fault values are determined via our discretion.
